Our main treatment room is on the ground level and close to the reception area.

"I am really embarrassed about my feet but know I need to get them sorted out."
We offer a professional and highly confidential service. There is no need to be embarrassed. Rest assured, we have always seen worse. It is always better to come in sooner rather than later.
"What should I do if I'm running late for an appointment?"
If you're running late, please call as soon as you can and let our receptionist know. We have a high demand for appointments and may not be able to reschedule you for that same day. The more notice you give us, the easier it will be to get you booked back in.
"I have a Health Insurance Policy where I can claim back money for my treatment. Can you provide receipts in order for me to do this?"
Yes. Many patients are part of a health scheme so providing a receipt for you will be no problem.
"Will my treatment be painful?"
Very few of our treatments are painful but for those exceptions, local anaesthesia is available. We probably only have to resort to this for 2% of patients.
